Two Biggest Lies

Besides Santa and the Easter Bunny, there are two whoppers that most Americans have accepted as truth for a while now; proving that if you say something long enough, people begin to believe it is true. What are these great lies (besides the flying fat man and 10-foot tall bunny)?
The legality of Abortion and the Separation of Church and State.
Forget Roe vs. Wade. Apparently the judges that ruled in that case did not bother to consult the Constitution, which states:
We the people of the United States, in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general welfare, and secure the blessings of liberty to ourselves and our posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.
Now look at the word "posterity". You may have read it the first time as prosperity, which is ironic given our materialistic culture. However, the word posterity holds the key to this debate- as pointed out by Alan Keyes (no pun intended).
According to Webster:
Posterity
Function: noun
Etymology: Middle English posterite, from Anglo-French pusterité, from Latin posteritat-, posteritas, from posterus coming after
Date: 14th century
1 : the offspring of one progenitor to the furthest generation
2 : all future generations

and here is what Liberty means:
1: the quality or state of being free:  a: the power to do as one pleases  b: freedom from physical restraint  c: freedom from arbitrary or despotic control  d: the positive enjoyment of various social, political, or economic rights and privileges  e: the power of choice
So if you re-read the preamble to the constitution, we and our offspring are equally entitled to justice, general welfare, and liberty. At the base of all this is the freedom to be alive.
So why is it a court decided to overstep their bounds and override the constitution? Did they miss that one word? And why, oh why, has no one brought it to their attention? Alan Keyes is a smart man, but can he truly be the only one who noticed this? What a lie we have been fed; and this lie kills millions of children each year.

The second lie is about the separation of church and state. Again, if you go back and read what the Bill of Rights says, you will see we have been sold a lemon.
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
What abut this means that nativity scenes need to be removed from the public square? or that prayer can't be done in school? Nothing. It says that one specific body of government may not demand we all bow to any religion. Beyond that, nothing. And don't tell me about court cases either.
The court system in this country has gone off the deep end and we have let them. They have taken power away from the elected Congress and are unraveling the constitution one step at a time. They call it "precedent". I call it "strategy" by the liberal progressive folks to tear our country apart.
It is time for us to stand against judicial tyranny. We need to elect folks to Congress and the White House who will give back power to the people. We need a representative government who will stand against the lies and and scream from the roof tops that we have been mislead and it needs to stop.
There is a time to be born and a time to die. There is a time to tell the truth and a time to lie (like when you get asked, "Do I look fat in this?". Now is the time for truth. Will you take a stand and demand it?

So if abortion is murder, what should the penalty be for the frightened and confused young woman that decides to end her pregnancy? According to your 'pro-life' line of reasoning she is guilty of premeditated murder, so I am guessing capital punishment would be called for. Do you think the constitution calls for capital punishment in this instance? If not why not, and who gets to decide?

I am unclear about your accusation that the courts have taken power. How, is that so? Are you referring to Scalia who has voted to overturn more legislation than any other current or previous justice?
